2 lead singers, pop/jazz keyboardist

ShiLi & Adi, is noted as one of the most popular duos in Singapore’s live music scene. No matter the genre and language, the duo is able to create fresh arrangements of the songs in duets and medleys with two lead vocals in one single harmony. They are no stranger to the big stage, having sung for Singapore Presidents S.R. Nathan and Dr. Tony Tan, the Sultan of Malaysia, PM Lee Hsien Loong and other dignitaries, since embarking on their musical journey 5 years ago.

They have seen local and international stages, having performed at the F1 Singapore Grand Prix in Sep 2012, 2013 and 2014. ShiLi & Adi was back to perform at the F1 as the only local artiste who has performed consecutively for 3 years to join the stellar international line-up that included J.Lo, Mayday and Robbie Williams. They have also performed for Young NTUC Celebrates NDP 2012 and 2013, twice at the Marina Promontary to 15,000 celebrants. 

Clients have flown the duo out of Singapore to Jakarta, Bali, Penang, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and other parts of the region to serenade their loved ones. The duo have also recently been signed by a record label, S2S and recommended by Singapore pop diva, Stefanie Sun for her best friend's wedding at W Hotel recently.

John Lye

Singer cum Guitarist, Electric Guitarist

John Lye is one of the most versatile performers we know with 9 years of performing experience under his belt. With a wide vocal range and solid guitar skills, he switches effortlessly from heavy old school rock & blues of Jimi Hendrix to ballads of Journey and Bon Jovi and to jazz classics from Sinatra and Nat King Cole. John has toured at popular night spots in Glasgow, London and Dublin and headlined Xmas Eve 2012 at the Esplanade, Beerfest Asia 2014 and 2016, New Year's Eve Countdown 2013, and more. His performances are energetic and engaging with a touch of stand up in between his songs. 

Ywenna

Singer, Pop/Jazz Keyboardist/Pianist

Ywenna is a jazz pianist/ vocalist/ composer who has actively performed at various jazz venues and festivals in Asia with gutsy versatility in several genres of music and has shared stage with some of the well-known artists and musicians around the world,such as Australia's Jamie Wilson ( Lee Hom's current concert guitarist), Malaysian Idol winner Jaclyn Victor, Asia's best drummer Lewis Pragasam, Japanese flutist John Kaizan Neptune, and many more. Currently based in Singapore, she has released two instrumental albums and has toured and performed in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Korea, Australia and South Africa.

Calin

Singer, Pop/Jazz Keyboardist

Calin seeks to perform every song in her style; she can rock out a ballad, jazz up a classic, and even turn a hip hop chart-topper into simple yet endearing lounge music. As the lead female vocalist of award winning acappella group Micappella, what Calin presents to her audience is a combination of her many experiences on different stages - from hotels to clubs, bars to bistros, street events to stadiums, local to international television - as well as the vast variety in genre of music that she performs. Her repertoire comprises rock, pop, a cappella, indie, classical, hip hop, r&b, and many more. 

Jocelyn

Singer, Pop/Jazz Keyboardist, Bassist, Guitarist 

Jocelyn is a full-time musician in the sunny island of Singapore. She can sing, play the keyboard, guitar, and occasionally, the bass guitar. Although she sometimes feels slightly schizophrenic at the constant role switches, she absolutely loves what she does. Jocelyn’s gig repertoire spans venues such as Marina Bay Sands, St. James Power Station, Temasek Club, Timbre, The Regent Hotel, The Esplanade, No Black Tie (KL, Malaysia), Shy Rooftop (Jakarta, Indonesia), The Swan Lounge (Perth, Australia), and many other local and international venues. She was also a session vocalist at the National Day Parade ’06, performed live at the 2010 Singapore Radio Awards, and has recently released ‘Colours’, her debut EP

Alicia

Singer, Pop Keyboardist

Allie is a powerhouse, soulful singer and a versatile keyboardist. Also, a prolific songwriter, she has composed, performed and arranged songs for the past 2 years. Being a versatile musician, she does acoustic covers of top 40s pop music, particularly dance songs, classic jazz music and even plays a unique style of progressive metal. No stranger to Esplanade, she has been invited to sing at the Mosaic Music Festival. She is also the current co-lead vocalist/co-keyboardist for Switch@Timbre bilingual band TMD.

Amanda

Singer cum Guitarist

Amanda has a wide range of influences, her current journey involves something leaning towards the acoustic/folk side of things, infused with some other... stuff. Energetic, positive and dynamic, her performance is always entertaining. She has recently released her second EP called Amnesiac! Amanda also performs at Beer Market, Wala, Hood, and many other watering holes if she’s not at corporate and wedding events!

Ariane

Singer cum Guitarist

Ariane is a talented vocalist who excels in English and Mandarin songs, a boon to her career as a singer and guitarist. Occasionally, she dishes our a few hokkien and cantonese numbers that keeps the guests singing along. A young talent to watch, Ariane is adept at an array of genres, from acoustic pop to folk, jazz and blues.

Carlos

Singer cum Guitarist

Carlos is a guitarist and singer based in Singapore with great versatility in adapting to different music genres. From jazz standards to English pop and oldies, passing through Brazilian and Latin music, with classical Spanish personal influence, Carlos incorporates his personal style and view of music in each song. “Music from the Soul; music from the World; music with no time”. Hailing from Barcelona, Spain, Carlos has performed at various parts of the world from Europe, Central America, to Asia: Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur and eventually Singapore. 

Gen

Singer

Gen’s sweet voice are pleasing for ballads and love songs. Besides singing, Gen is also a soprano for acappella group and a music educator specializing in show choir. Her personality can vary from sweet to feisty on stage with a wide repertoire of English songs. She is now active performing at weddings and events while pursuing her music studies.

Hazrul

Singer

Hazrul has one of the smoothest, velvety R&B vocals in the industry. Hazrul's greatest influence in music includes great vocalists like Stevie  Wonder, Brian McKnight, Mariah Carey and Guy Sebastian. His career in music started young and one of the milestone of his success was when Hazrul collaborated with songwriter Mayuni Omar, winning the Juara 2002 songwriting competition and the song 'Kaulah Segalanya', hit the top of the charts receiving a record 8 nominations in 7 different categories in the Anugerah Planet Muzik 2004 including Most Popular Male Artiste (Regional) and Best  New Artiste (Regional).

His latest project was being a part of 2014 Chingay Festival where he, together with three other top local singers, sang the theme song, Knit With One Heart, composed by Jay Lin. He will also be gracing the opening ceremony of the SEA games in June 2015. Adding to his list of accolades, Hazrul is also the lead singer of Singapore reknown Acappella group, Vocaluptuous.

Donnie

Singer

Donnie's smooth and charismatic vocals are always a crowd favourite. He croons Cantonese classics, English evergreens which are always soothing on the ears. His performing experience since ten years ago includes luminaries such as the Brunei Darulssalam Royal Family. He has also performed at Esplanade for Leslie Cheung 张国荣 and Danny Chan 陈百强 Tribute Concerts.

HBBBS

Female vocalist + Guitarist + Vocal Percussionist

HBBBS is a power-packed trio consisting of funky guitarist, wicked beatboxer/vocal percussionist, and powerhouse vocalist.

Being a semi-acoustic band does not hinder the versatile trio from delivering electrifying energy and great vibes on stage, performing songs ranging from R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop to Jazz. Their tight harmonies, incredible chemistry and quirky sense of humour have led them to perform at countless gigs and weddings since 2012, including the Istana Open House, The Esplanade, World Blood Donor Day, Acid Bar, CMPB, Balaclava, Azucar, Five Bar @ Cuppage Road, Fish & Co. Glasshouse, Outpost, Timbre, Wala Wala etc. They have also been invited to play overseas in Jakarta, Indonesia. Having started out as street musicians, HubbaBubbas have won the hearts of many heartlanders with their sincere passion for music and unique arrangements.

Recent Champions of Budweiser’s Made for Music 2013 competition and part of the NOISE The Music Mentorship Programme by the National Arts Council, there is no stopping this young, hungry band. 

Huimin

Singer

HM sung since she was 6. A voice graduate from LASALLE and recipient of NAC’s bursary award, she has been featured on the Chinese newspaper and Straits Times as a classical performer and a songwriter when she was 17. She has been featured in various performances such as MOSAIC at Esplanade. As well as doing backup singing for “Dont Forget The Lyrics”, Mediacorp, Channel 5, Channel 8, APEC and for international renowned stars. Besides performing, she is a choral director and a music educator at various primary and secondary schools in Singapore.

Jamiel

Singer cum Guitarist

Jamiel is an established singer/songwriter in the regional music industry and has been performing in countless events and pubs for the past 7 years. He is currently signed under Malaysian label Moro Records and his hit single, Nafas Ku, is currently being played in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei radio stations. In October 2013, Jamiel Said was nominated for Best Vocal for New Male Artist and also performed during Anugerah Planet Music 2013, an annual music award show between Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Jeremy

Singer

Jeremy was a finalist in national TV talent search, Project Superstar, in 2007.  His powerful and soaring vocals gave him numerous opportunities to perform on TV in Star Awards (2006), Li Fei Hui Concert at Esplanade (2007), S-Pop Hurray telecasted on Channel U and many more. He has been performing for weddings and various corporate events since 2008 and regularly performs at Shuffle, Switch by Timbre, RedDot Brewhouse and Five Bar.

Jiamin

Singer

JM made her first mark in the singing field after clinching 2nd runner up in a national TV talent search, Campus Superstar in 2009. She regularly performs at pubs such as Timbre and Wala wala and also at corporate events/functions for Asia Pacific Brewery, radio stations YES 933 & UFM 1003. Besides singing, she has also hosted for TV channels such as MTV Asia.

JJ

Singer cum Guitarist

JJ is a real perfectionist when it comes to his music. A very soulful talent, JJ started his music career at a young age with a solid choral background. His love for music then led him to pick up the guitar at the age of 11. Known for his impressive vocal stylistics, his ability in performing R&B and pop songs has truly set him apart from his peers. 

Joel

Singer 

Blessed with a soulful and husky voice, Joel is a versatile single who can dabble in all genres of music and nails it. In 2008, he topped the solo category of singing competition, Stardust with his rendition of "I Believe I Can Fly" and has sung with his band in various corporate and wedding events. His repertoire is a mix of modern rock's freedom-inspiring rhythm with the improvisational flair of jazz, garnished with a playful attitude towards music. 

Joy

Singer

Chorally trained for almost a decade before moving into being a lead vocalist among bands, music remains her strongest passion as Joy Michaela never fails to balance her work as a consultant by day, and her love for singing by night.  Besides gracing the stage of several corporate events and much wedding gigs recently, the up and coming songbird has been performing regularly at live music venues in Singapore such as Beer Market. Her warm and unique tone of her voice draws audiences in and makes her singing a soothing treat to listen to.

Juni

Singer

Juni is no stranger to the media spotlight. With his vocal band, MICappella, they have conquered Shenzhen in a reality TV competition in 2012, beating scores of other groups to clinch runners-up. Returning home proud, the group released their first album and made history by being the only vocal band to win an award at the Singapore Hit Awards 2013. His natural charisma shines not just through his soaring vocals but also the ease at which he carries himself on stage, a result of 4 years of theatre training from the National University of Singapore, and many more years of performing experience. His singing repertoire comprises of energetic pop/rock numbers, as well as pop jazz and evergreens, in both English and Mandarin.

Juniper

Singer

One of our youngest talents, Juniper has won many singing competitions since her early days. Blessed with a soothing and powerful tone, Juniper enjoys performing jazz classics and jazzed upversions of modern-day pop songs or oldies. Most importantly, she enjoys making every song her own. Having grown up on music from The Beatles and John Denver, becoming a member of a choir, and later falling in love with artistes such as John Mayer and Bruno Mars, Juniper has developed a unique singing style which cannot really be pinned to a single genre. There is nothingJuniper enjoys more than singing.. anywhere and anytime, and she's always ready to bring some groove and soul to any night!

JY

Singer cum Guitarist

A seasoned and experienced performer who took part in Super Band II (Top 16), JY has been teaching vocals and playing guitar since 2005. He has more than 10 years worth of performing experience. JY is a versatile musician and the music genres he touches on includes Pop, Rock, Blues, Bossa Nova, J-Rock, Classical and etc. Some large scale events that JY has performed at include End of Yar 2009 (Singapore), 2009 Kirameki (Singapore), Sparkle on 2010 Countdown Event, Street Festival 2008 & 2009, Vivocity Countdown Party 2011, Xin Yao Concert 2011 @ Botanic Garden with various artistes, guest performance multiple times at Zouk. JY teaches vocals at Echo Music School and guitar at Lee Wei Song music school, eZoo, ArtChemist Performing Arts Academy.

Maricelle

Singer

Maricelle is an Indie Pop R&B artist, featuring heavy beats, unrestrictedly experimental electronic elements and hypnotic vocals. This millenial's perspective is a raw exposure of the new world, doused in a futuristic mural of pop culture and fluid identity. Her music nudges at androgynous ambiguity and the search for freedom in creative expression. Her self-written songs are euphoric and dreamy soundtracks that are honest social commentaries - anthems about epiphanies, disconnection, wanderlust, change, individuality, empowerment, ambition and the pursuit of happiness.

Meryl

Singer

Meryl’s powerhouse vocals shine on emotional ballads, while her abilities to swing and scat allow her to take on high octane bebop and swing tunes. An alumnus of Singapore Idol, Meryl has received the mentorship of Grammy award winners, Local Cultural Medallion award winners and accomplished Jazz singers both abroad and locally. Her singing repertoire comprises of pop, jazz, and evergreens in both English and Mandarin. She is is also a Top 5 finalist in Mediacorp’s talent search program, The Final 1.

Nelson

Singer cum Guitarist, Bassist

Nelson, or more affectionately known as 'Bird', is no stranger to the music scene. Despite being multi-talented and able to play a variety of instruments including guitar, piano, harmonica and drums, the singer-songwriter takes on the unsung role of playing the bass guitar, his first love. He possesses a Grade 8 with Distinction in Bass from Trinity Guildhall Rockschool and Grade 5 music theory from ABRSM. 

Apart from playing a variety of instruments at mandopop/cantopop clubs such as Dragonfly and other outlets such as Beer Market, Hood and Acid Bar, Nelson was also a semi-finalist in the first season of Singapore Idol along the likes of Sylvester Sim, Nat Ho etc.

YH

Singer cum Guitarist

In pursuit of his first love, music, YH picked up the guitar and taught himself to play it. Starting off as a singer and now being able to accompany himself, he is well versed with Mandarin and English love songs. His warm personality connects well with audiences when he performs.

Peixin

Singer

Often remembered for her unique tone and elegant stage presence, PX is a young vocalist with a voice quality that boasts a maturity that is way beyond her years. She is versatile in performing songs of various genres: from Straightahead Swing to Funk, Bossa Nova to Musical Theatre, and Top 40’s to Mandopop classics, PX always ensures that audiences enjoy a refreshing auditory experience. 

From 2011-2012, PX was President of Singapore’s only junior college Jazz club, Raffles Jazz, developing and garnering experience from performing inside and outside of school. Since then, she has performed for weddings, corporate annual dinners and mall events, and has graced the stage of musicals and various concerts. 
 

PZ

Singer

PZ is a vocal powerhouse with a bubbly and spunky personality. She has performed at numerous corporate and wedding events notably staging a solid performance at the F1 Grand Prix stage in Singapore, 2011. Her vast repertoire consists of anything you like (jazz, classics, pop, rock, show tunes, R&B), served with a little stand-up.

Phoebee

Phoebee has a strong, mellow voice that resonates to the soul and has the ability to conjure emotion in the heart of any listener. With 9 solid years of performing experience under her belt, Phoebee is now a highly sought-after performer in the wedding scene and corporate industry. Effectively bilingual, she is extremely versatile in various genres of music that she dabbles in.

Priscilla

Singer, Pop Keyboardist

Pris is a versatile singer & pop keyboardist who can cover Top 40s and Oldies, in both English & Mandarin and a few dialects too. A newcomer to the scene, she is able to accompany her own singing with her keys and able to capture the attention of the audience with her soothing & distinct vocals. Paired with a bubbly & outgoing personality, she is one to liven up the atmosphere for any occasion. 

Regine

Singer

RH's infectious energy and outgoing nature enables her to connect with audiences young or old. Not only is she adept at the latest hits, evergreen tunes and even jazz, the Chinese Indie scene veteren also sings original material. RH has performed on many a big stage including Huayi Festival, COMPASS Awards, Taiwan’s SpringScream Music Festivals, and Malaysia’s Indie Music Festival. She is versatile singing in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese.

Renny

Singer

Renny's vocal versatility enables her to perform in a wide range of genres, from opera to pop to jazz, while her excellent interpretive skills help her make every song her own. A regular in various watering holes in the island such as Switch, Five Izakaya Bar and Reddot Brewhouse, Renny has been involved in numerous musical projects including opening for the band, Fun, while they were in Singapore.

Rianda

Rianda is one of our precious gems who soars in her pop and R&B vocals. Her wide english repertoire in top 40s and jazz classics is truly as pleasant voice to listen to coupled by her sweet personality and image. Whether with a stripped down acoustic band or a big band orchestra, she always impresses her audience with conscientious detailing and vocal phrasing. We absolutely love her voice and we are sure you will too!

Sheena

Singer, Pop Keyboardist

Sheena is a music graduate from the prestigious Berkley College of Music in Boston, United States. Since young, she knew she was going to be pursuing a music career. With an extensive career in choral music, Sheena now ventures into Pop, Soul and R&B live music performances in events and pubs.

Sisi

Singer

Sisi is a Singapore resident and an Indonesian celebrity who shot to fame as a finalist in Indonesian Idol (Season 3). She is known for her powerful R&B vocals and beautiful looks, often appearing at TV shows and has since released two albums in the recording industry: a pop album and a gospel album and has collaborated with many international artistes such as Christian Bautista. She’s also active as a choral director in various organisations and church.

Skye

Singer

Skye started her first singing performances as a member of The People’s Association Children’s and then Junior Choir in numerous venues and on TV. Even while she was schooling, she already had a love for the stage. She joined and won school singing competitions and was actively involved and in charge of the yearly inter-class sketches competition (producing, directing, script-writing, narrating & acting).

Her outside school drama activities included acting in Dramaplus’s amateur plays, Maskplay II and Teen Circus. In 1993, she entered into a National Inter-school singing competition involving Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges & ITEs and emerged the champion. From there, she started doing part-time events & D&Ds.

Local cover bands are a dime a dozen, but The Passerby definitely sets themselves apart from the "boys". Boasting experience of being the resident bands at many established venues in Singapore, The Passerby has been building a solid fan base for years, both local and tourists. Be careful for what you wish for though, they've been known to exceed expectations with covers and mash-ups, Passerby-style!

Vanessa

Singer

A power house vocalist from Malaysia, Vanessa clinched Top Ten for ASTRO singing competition in year 2000. Even though she did not emerged as champion, her undaunted attitude and talents has landed her in numerous gigs in both Singapore and Malaysia. With more than a decade of singing experience, Vanessa has captured the hearts of many.

Vern

Singer cum Guitarist

Vanessa has a distinctive indie voice which makes every song truly her own. Her charming charisma as frontwoman of her all-girls' band, Tigerlilies, she has performed at various venues and events in town. A former president of Kent Ridge Hall Rockers of NUS, she led her band to compete with other local acts in the annual nationwide Stardust band competition and emerged champions. A young multi-talent, you will find a tint of KT Tunstall and Rachel Yamagata influences in her vocals and guitar playing.

Vivienne

Singer

Vivienne delivers a blend of English top 40s and contemporary pop, rock and funk, with a sound ranging from upbeat and powerful to soulful and tender. She performs regularly at venues like Five Izakaya Bar and RedDot Brewhouse and is an energetic performer with excellent ability to host and engage with the audience.
